I was actually rehomed by my breeder a few months ago. Sadly the breeder lied all about me to an unsuspending family. The family did their best but could not afford the care that I needed. I ended up coming into rescue very sick and our vet quickly found out I had pancreatitis. Luckily I feel so much better after going to the vet and this is a very managable thing to avoid in the future. I have such a sweet demeanor, and get along great with little kids. I love getting all the attention and pets from my people. At first I was pretty hesitant about other dogs in the home and was nervous around them and would give off some warning growls. Luckily with some patience I’ve been just fine with others in the home. I would adore getting all the attention from my new family. However if I did go to a home with another dog, I seem to do well with older, unenergetic friends. I’ve done great with potty training so luckily its been a good transition there. I enjoy going for little strolls through the neighborhood after work. Sadly I do have some weakness in my back legs so I just need some time and patience, and maybe a little boost when trying to get up on things. I’m hoping to find a low key home to spoil me rotten!
